Company Background- DSA & Bank Vertical Team Leader Responsibilities · Looking for the Team leader with good experience in Personal Loan & Overdraft. · Ability to provide regular training, mentoring, and performance feedback to improve team productivity and communication skills. · Ability to coordinate with banking partners for smooth loan processing, documentation, and resolving client queries. · Prepared daily/weekly sales reports and presented performance updates to senior management. · Regularly communicated with upper management to provide updates on team performance, market dynamics, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
