Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage daily activities of the back office team in line with

SLAs.

Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverable.

Review team output including data entry, transaction processing, documentation, and compliance checks.

Act as the first point of escalation for process-related issues and ensure swift resolutions.

Coordinate with and compliance teams for seamless information flow.

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance productivity and skill-sets.

Prepare and present performance reports, productivity dashboards, and MIS to management.

Recommend process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.

 Requirements:
