Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to manage our Food and Beverage Service team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the Food and Beverage Service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Supervise and train team members to maintain consistency and excellence in service quality.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and control inventory levels, supplies, and labor costs to optimize resources.
Foster a positive work environment, recognizing outstanding performance and providing coaching and development opportunities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role as a Team Leader or Manager.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and quality control procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance standards.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and customer relationship management tools.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
