Role & responsibilities First Impressions & Hospitality: Warmly greet and direct all members/guests; Manage calls/inquiries; Ensure all common areas are pristine and adhere to design standards; Handle mail and courier logistics. 2. Systems & Space Management (Crucial Focus): Operate the digital Visitor Management System (VMS); Coordinate meeting room bookings (A/V setup, sanitization); Manage and process payments for Day Passes. 3. Member Onboarding & Support: Own the end-to-end onboarding process (access control, Wi-Fi setup); Conduct facility tours; Act as the primary troubleshooter for member issues (Internet, HVAC) and escalate as needed. Required Skills & Experience Experience: not much but should have skills in Front Desk, Admin, or Guest Relations (Coworking or Hotel experience is a strong plus). Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace. Experience with Coworking Management Software or VMS is highly desirable. Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communicator, highly detail-oriented, and a strong multitasker who is proactive in refining processes.
