Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Executive to join our team at Accor. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient response to guest requests and concerns.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the guest room and public areas.

Job Requirements

Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is preferred.
