Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the full-time, on-site position of Team Leader - Food & Beverage at our Mumbai location. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, and delivering impeccable customer service. Key responsibilities include managing and training staff, organizing team schedules, maintaining quality control for food and drinks, addressing customer concerns, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations. The role requires fostering team cohesion and driving performance to achieve excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food & Beverage services and strong knowledge of Food Safety standards
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
• Experience in Training staff and fostering Team Leadership capabilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Prior experience in a similar role in food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
