Your responsibilities will include: - **Team Leadership:** - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BDEs. - Provide guidance, support, and regular feedback to enhance team performance. - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. - **Target Allocation and Achievement:** - Divide sales targets among team members based on skills, experience, and market potential. - Monitor individual and team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded. - Take corrective actions and provide support to team members as needed. - **Coordination and Collaboration:** - Coordinate team activities for smooth workflow and collaboration. - Act as the primary point of contact between the team and senior management. - Ensure clear communication of goals, expectations, and updates to all team members. - **Sales and Business Development Support:** - Assist team members in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and clients. - Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and strategies. - **Reporting and Analysis:** - Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends. - Analyze data to optimize sales strategies and identify areas for improvement. - **Training and Development:** - Identify training needs and coordinate with HR or training department. - Conduct on-the-job training and coaching to enhance team skills and knowledge.
