Job Description

Key Responsibilities Team Management Lead, guide, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives Assign and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and performance feedback Sales Execution Drive individual and team sales for assigned real estate projects Ensure timely follow-ups, client meetings, and site visits Achieve booking and revenue targets through team coordination Customer Handling Assist team in handling key customers and negotiations Ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales service experience Resolve client queries and escalate issues when needed Channel Partner Coordination Support the team in coordinating with brokers/channel partners Track leads generated via external agents and support in closures Reporting & MIS Track daily lead status, team productivity, and site visit conversion Maintain sales reports, booking updates, and performance dashboards Share regular updates with Sales Manager or City Head Key Skills Required Strong communication, team leadership, and selling skills Good understanding of the local real estate market Ability to drive performance and meet targets Proficiency in CRM software and Excel reporting Qualifications Bachelor or Master s Degree Preferred 4 6 years of real estate sales experience with at least 1 2 years in a team lead role Experience in residential or plotted development preferred Locations: Bangalore (Kalyan Nagar & for HSR Layout )and Kandivali (Mumbai) Key Skills : Property Sales Flat Sales Sales Real Estate Tl Team Handling
