Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader Cum Financial Expert located in Bilaspur. The candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, managing financial aspects of projects, preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and advising on financial decisions. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing project progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and timeline.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management skills
• Project Management and Coordination skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial decision-making
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Relevant certifications, such as CFA or CPA, are a plus
• Experience in the engineering or construction industry is preferred
