Job Description

Maintain effective email communication with existing clients, ensuring timely updates and responses
Independently manage CATI projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements and timelines
Drive and monitor daily productivity targets, maintain quality control standards, and ensure on-time deliverables to clients
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of CATI Research Associates (RAs), providing guidance and support as needed
Troubleshoot operational challenges with a solution-oriented approach, maintaining a positive and efficient workflow

Skills Required

Experience in managing CATI or similar market research projects
Leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timelines

Qualifications and Experience

3+ years of relevant experience in market research
