Team Leader - Back Office

The Team Leader will oversee daily activities, provide mentorship to team members, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in motivating the team, enhancing productivity, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

As a key figure in our operations, you will analyze performance metrics, resolve any arising issues, and facilitate effective communication between team members and management. Your ability to lead by example and promote a positive organizational culture will greatly contribute to the success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily operations of the team to meet performance targets
• Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to enhance their skills
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics and implement improvement plans
• Must be good in manpower calculation, shrinkage and attrition planning
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss objectives, challenges, and progress
• Facilitate communication between team members and upper management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and established best practices
• Actively participate in recruitment, training, and development of new team members
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar environment
• Proven ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and process management software
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
