Team Leader

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Team Leader with prior experience at Subway or a similar Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of overall QSR experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. You will be responsible for leading the team during shifts, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth shift transitions Manage and motivate team members to meet service and quality standards Ensure compliance with Subway operational and food safety procedures Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the store at all times Train and coach new staff members on Subway procedures and customer service Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and management Support store manager in achieving sales targets and cost control Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in QSR, with at least 1 year as Team Leader Prior Subway experience is mandatory or highly preferred Strong communication and team management skills Basic understanding of inventory, food safety, and hygiene protocols Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays What We Offer: Competitive salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month based on experience Growth opportunities within the organization Training and skill development programs Supportive and dynamic work environmentWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Team Leader with prior experience at Subway or a similar Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
