Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madurai for a Team Leader and Hub In-Charge at Instakart Services Private Limited. The role involves overseeing daily hub operations, managing team performance, ensuring timely dispatches and deliveries, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The Team Leader will also be responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders, implementing operational policies, and reporting performance data to management while ensuring compliance with company standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Team management, leadership, and mentorship skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities for smooth operation management.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders and reporting to management.
  • Knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and data analysis for operational performance tracking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is an advantage.
