Description
Experience in handling maintenance of automobile manufacturing plant Preferably Assembly Shop in shifts independently. 1. Mitsubishi PLC troubleshooting, Maintenance & PLC programme modification 2. TIGHTENING DC Tool troubleshooting, Maintenance & program modification. 3. Assembly shop equipment electrical & electronics maintenance 4. Overhead Conveyor , EMS, Slat, conveyors maintenance. 5. Good knowledge of Automation / Robotics system. 6. Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR , OEE and implement the same. 7. Familiar with TPM, SAP, ISO, IATF, TPM, 5S, Safety, PPCR, PFMEA, MFMEA and problem solving tools. 8. Team Handling, shift management, Assertiveness 9. Knowledge of Drive, sensors, software, VFD, PLC, LVDT, Testing, scanner, printer, light curtain, Calibration, validation, Filling machine, marking machine etc. Good knowledge/fundamental of software interfacing system. Leadership, Good Communication, Analytical ability ,Problem Solving Skill.
