Role & responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters specializing in EPC & Manufacturing hiring.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely closures.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.
Source top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events.
Ensure quality hiring by screening candidates for technical and behavioral fit.

Preferred candidate profile

4+ years in recruitment, with a focus on EPC & Manufacturing hiring.
Strong knowledge of EPC & Manufacturing industry roles, skills, and hiring trends.
Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making abilities.
