Role Overview:
We are looking for a Mobile Team Lead to oversee and guide our Android and iOS teams. The candidate should be technically strong in mobile app development (both Android & iOS), have hands-on experience in architecture and delivery, and be capable of managing multiple developers. The lead will act as a single point of contact for management, ensuring clear planning, timely delivery, and high-quality code — while reducing the need for escalations and excessive communication.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Android and iOS development teams (5–6 members).

Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and delegate to team members.

Ensure timely delivery of mobile features, bug fixes, and releases.

Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to improve team quality.

Define and enforce best practices for coding, app architecture, performance, and security.

Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and align with business goals.

Act as a bridge between management and developers, minimizing back-and-forth communication.

Manage app releases on Google Play and App Store.

Collaborate with backend/web teams for API integration and cross-platform requirements.

Monitor and resolve production issues with quick turnaround.

Keep track of new mobile technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve efficiency.
Required Skills:

5–7 years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2 years in a lead/management role.

Strong knowledge of Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) ecosystems.

Experience in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).

Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, REST APIs, and database handling.

Proven track record of leading teams and delivering apps in production.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Good communication skills to interact with management and mentor team members.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), app deployment processes.
Good to Have:
Experience with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter/React Native) is a plus.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Prior experience in white-label app management is a bonus.
