Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve targets such as AHT, Attrition, CSAT, Shrinkage, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with team members to address areas of improvement and provide feedback on their progress.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues affecting the team's ability to meet KPIs.

  • Customer Service background required

  • Minimum 1 year on paper Team leader experience required

  • Day shift Domestic process background can be considered

  • Open to work in day rotational shift / 6 days working 1 rotational week off.

  • Job location: Mumbai - Goregaon
