Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead, located in Hyderabad. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and guiding a team to meet their targets and goals, ensuring smooth operation of exhibitions and online marketplace initiatives. Daily tasks will include overseeing project timelines, coordinating with team members and vendors, monitoring performance metrics, and facilitating communication between departments. The Team Lead will also be involved in strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts for various projects. QualificationsStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience in project management and process improvementExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of event management and e-commerce is a plusA Master's in Business Administration with 5+ years experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience overWillingness to travel on demandRecruit team-members, Train & Motivate them and ensure each member qualifies for incentives as team target will be the Team Leads target RemunerationCTC will depend on the candidate's Qualification, Experience and current CTC.
