Team Lead

To manage an assigned team of individual contributors in meeting or exceeding customer service level agreement
Completion of team projects
Adherence to operating standards and enforcement of company policies through effective people development
Team engagement and performance management capabilities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree of any Non-Medical Allied Course
At least 12 months of supervisory/team lead experience
Clinical Subject Matter Expertise with the use of technical and professional knowledge and skills to accomplish results related to the process handled
Clinical Decision-Making skills with ability to make sound clinical decision concisely after considering various available information and courses of action consistent with jurisdictional clinical guidelines or client mandated guidelines
