Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage ITSM processes using ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices.
  • Lead a team of CSMs (Customer Success Managers) to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.
  • Ensure seamless integration between different systems within the organization's ecosystem.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-12 years of experience in ITSM or related field; B.Tech/B.E. degree from any specialization.
  • Strong understanding of ITOM (Information Technology Operations Management), ITSM (Information Technology Service Management), ITIL processes, and Servicenow platform.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving business outcomes through effective leadership skills.
