Team Lead - Sales

The job requires you to focus on growing distribution and market share in the assigned rural area of operations. You will be accountable for visibility through extensive QR and Sound box deployment and product sales. It is essential to identify and recruit a sales team (FSE) to drive business in the market effectively. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring the team, as well as quickly grasping and applying new ideas and concepts. You will be responsible for planning the market size, span, and geographies for the field sales executives. Effective communication of plans and targets to the team is crucial to minimize the expectations versus delivery gap. Monitoring quality parameters as per management guidelines and conducting audits on team acquisitions and sales are part of the responsibilities. Ensuring team members are consistently present in the market where sales and usage occur is important. Strong networking skills and willingness to travel extensively within the specified area are required. Additionally, the role involves selling cross-products to existing and new merchants, such as Merchant Loan, Personal Loan, GOLD SIP, along with merchant upgrades. A good understanding of lending products is necessary, along with the ability to train and develop allocated manpower effectively.,
