Sales International Process

manages a sales team to achieve revenue goals by setting targets, implementing sales strategies, providing coaching, and monitoring performance

  • Team Leadership & Management:

    • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
    • Set clear team goals and specific sales targets.
    • Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Sales & Performance Monitoring:

    • Monitor individual and team performance against set metrics and targets.
    • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product teams, to align sales efforts.
    • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on the latest telecom industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience:

    Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in tele sales or the telecom industry.
  • Leadership:

    Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, including mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Communication:

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft), data analysis tools (e.g., Excel), and other prospecting tools.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Strong ability to analyze data, interpret market needs, and provide actionable insights.
  • Other:

    Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and good problem-solving skills.
