Job Summary

We are hiring a proactive and performance-driven Team Lead – Pre-Sales to manage and mentor our pre-sales

executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation performance, ensuring daily targets are

met, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates. This role demands

leadership, communication, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Pre-Sales Executives

• Track daily team performance on call volumes, lead qualification, and booking rates

• Train new joiners and conduct regular skill-enhancement sessions

• Assign leads and ensure consistent follow-ups through CRM

• Share regular team performance reports with the Business Development Head

• Coordinate closely with Academic Counselors to improve conversions

• Ensure the team maintains proper documentation and lead updates

• Address challenges, motivate the team, and drive productivity

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in pre-sales, inside sales, or telecalling

• Overall 2+ years of experience in sales or lead generation

• Strong communication in Malayalam and English

• Good leadership, training, and conflict-resolution skills

• Experience using CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Sheets

• Goal-oriented with the ability to manage pressure and targets
