About the Role:

CashFast Finserv is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead – Personal Loan & OD Sales to manage and drive our sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Bajaj Overdraft (OD) products, strong leadership qualities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets in the retail finance segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Loan Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Drive sales of Personal Loans and Bajaj Overdraft (OD) products through effective client acquisition and relationship management.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance norms.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Credit, and Product) for smooth loan processing and customer experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with partner banks/NBFCs, primarily Bajaj Finance, for lead generation and business coordination.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements to strengthen product positioning.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Personal Loan/Overdraft Sales, with mandatory exposure to Bajaj OD.
• Proven leadership experience in managing a sales team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
