Team Lead (Research & Insights)

As a member of the Research & Insights Team at Dasra, your role is crucial in generating evidence-based insights that drive lasting social impact. Your responsibilities will include: - **Research and Analysis:** Undertaking research and synthesizing data from multiple sources to generate meaningful analysis and insights. - **Knowledge Management:** Anchoring and managing publications as resources, thought leadership materials, and diverse content to build learnings and strengthen the sectoral narrative. - **Team and Project Management:** Supervising a team of 2-3 individuals on research projects with a GEDI lens, ensuring timely and robust project delivery for sector-shaping thought leadership. - **Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:** Managing external stakeholder relationships with ease and focusing on symbiotic collaboration. - **Convenings and Facilitation:** Supporting the conceptualization and facilitation of ecosystem events to engage diverse ecosystem actors toward insight-led dialogue and action. - **Organizational Responsibilities:** Supporting the organization with knowledge management roles and responsibilities on an ad-hoc basis. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - **Work Experience:** 6-8 years of work experience in an analytical field. - **Educational Background:** A postgraduate degree with an interdisciplinary inclination. - **Team Management:** Prior experience in leading teams of 2-3 individuals on research and insights projects. - **Dissemination Capabilities:** Experience in managing projects where research is leveraged for storytelling, narrative building, and digital design. - **Written & Communication Skills:** Strong structure and organization in written and verbal content. - **Project Management:** Consistently meeting deadlines, managing time effectively, and resolving conflicts independently. - **Research & Data Analytics:** Prioritizing structures and organizing information effectively for accurate results. - **Relationship Management:** Engaging external stakeholders with trust and confidence towards multiple goals and deliverables. - **Soft Skills:** Active listening, humility to learn, dealing with ambiguity, and a passion for the development sector.,
