Job Description

Team Lead (Finance & Accounts)

Key Responsibilities

Lead, guide, and manage a team of
23 finance executives
.
Oversee financial management of
3–4 client companies
where Arthtech acts as an Outsourced CFO.
Finalize
Monthly Budgets
including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Conduct
monthly financial performance reviews
(Actual vs. Budget) by the
20th of every month
.
Prepare and deliver
MIS presentations
between the
20th–22nd
of every month.
Review
debtors, creditors, and inventory
monthly; present ageing reports.
Periodically review
GST and Income Tax returns
of clients.
Prepare
SOPs
for client processes as required.
Assist in
finalization of books
with statutory auditors.
Support quarterly
stock audits
, identifying gaps and reporting findings.
Assist in preparation of
CMA data
for bank funding (Working Capital / Term Loans).

Required Qualifications

CA-Inter
with
4–5 years
of experience
OR
CA
with
2 years
of experience
Candidates with a notice period of
2–3 months will NOT be considered
Immediate joiners
or those available within
15–30 days
are preferred

Technical Skill Set

Tally Prime (Mandatory)
Zoho Books (Optional)
Focus (Optional)
Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Good presentation skills (PPT)

Industry Preference

CA firm experience
Manufacturing industry experience
