Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop Strategies for Recruitment of Various Skills and Executive the same
Effectively.Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Dual role as Individual Contributor as well Leading a team of 3 to 4 Recruiters.
Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill talent needs.
Utilize various sourcing channels to build pipelines.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit.
Negotiate offers and oversee onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
Mentor junior recruiters and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

5+ years of extensive recruitment experience.
Excellent Team management skills
Strong sourcing, screening, Interviewing and Negotiation skills.
Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
Passion for Recruitment
