Job Description:

Realty Smartz is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader with proven experience in gurgaon real estate market or Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of property consultants, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional client service in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents.
Set sales targets and help the team achieve monthly/quarterly goals.
Monitor team performance and provide regular training and motivation.
Drive lead generation and conversion strategies.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate trends, laws, and market conditions.
Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews.
Handle high-value client relationships and close premium property deals when needed.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Mandatory experience in the Dubai real estate industry (minimum 3 years).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, real estate sales or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
