Qualifications And Skills

• 3+ years of experience in sales or a related role
• Strong market research and customer needs analysis skills
• Experience in product demonstration and competitive analysis
• Ability to consult and handle the team, and introduce new projects in the Market. 
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in relationship building and client management
• Should be responsible for implementing all sales activities related to the new projects and maximizing the sales performance
• Should have experience in luxury sales

Roles And Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Demonstrate and introduce new projects in the market and highlight key features
• Conduct competitive analysis to position products effectively
• Deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients
• Negotiate pricing and agreements with clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Helping in designing marketing plans
