Overview

We are looking for an accomplished professional to lead the design and delivery of sustainable, disaster-resilient building projects across Kerala. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership, and hands-on project management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and supervision of resilient and sustainable buildings.
Ensure quality, budget control, and timely delivery of construction activities.
Guide multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with government and stakeholder agencies.
Conduct site visits and provide technical reviews and recommendations.
Prepare and review designs, drawings, and reports using AutoCAD and related tools.

Qualifications

Postgraduate degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields.
15+ years’ proven experience in sustainable and disaster-resilient building design and construction.
7+ years in project and construction management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience with World Bank or government-funded projects preferred.
Knowledge of Kerala’s socio-economic context is an added advantage.
