Team Lead - QR Sales

As a Sales Manager at our company, your role will involve increasing the sales of QR & Soundbox products through various channels to merchants across multiple locations. Here is what will be expected from you: - Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations. - Ensure Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR & Soundbox deployment and sale of the product. - Identify and Recruit a sales team to align and drive business in the market. - Demonstrate skills in coaching and mentoring, being a quick learner who can apply new ideas effectively. - Plan the market size, span, and geographies for Field Sales Executives (FSE). - Devise effective methods for communicating plans/targets to the team to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap. - Monitor the Quality parameters as per management guidelines. - Validate and conduct audits on the acquisitions and sales made by the team. - Ensure team members are present in the market regularly where sales & usage occur. - Utilize good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively within the specified area.
