Position Summary

Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data annotators or project executives.
Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations in terms of
quality, productivity, and timelines
.
Monitor and manage
daily operations
, team attendance, and workflow schedules.
Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders and managers.
Train and upskill team members as per evolving project needs.
Handle
escalations, performance issues, and team motivation
.
Ensure compliance with
iMerit’s quality standards and client SOPs
.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as
HR, Training, Quality, and Delivery
.
Maintain an environment of trust, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications and Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required; technical background preferred).
Minimum 2–4 years of experience
in operations or team management, preferably in data projects, BPO/KPO, or tech-driven environments.
Strong leadership and
people management skills
.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
.
Experience with data annotation tools or AI data projects is a plus.
Willingness to work from
Hubli office
(on-site role).
