Job Purpose/ Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PS Consultant with 8 to 10 years of hands-on expertise in managing and implementing SAP Project Systems. The consultant will lead SAP PS configurations and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and integration with other SAP modules. The role involves designing project structures, ensuring cost control, and driving end-to-end SAP PS implementation aligned with organizational project goals.

Team Lead – Project System WELAs a Team Lead for Project System WEL, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of IT professionals to ensure the successful delivery of SAP and IT application projects. You will be the primary point of contact for all project-related matters and will be expected to maintain a high level of communication with all stakeholders.

Principal Accountabilities

Lead and manage the project team to ensure successful delivery of SAP and IT application projects.Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Monitor and track project progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Use analytical skills to identify and resolve project issues and risks.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting people excellence.Utilize strong business and commercial acumen to make informed decisions that benefit the organization.Demonstrate a global mindset, considering the impact of decisions on a global scale.Encourage entrepreneurship within the team, promoting innovative thinking and problem-solving.Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations.Continually improve project management processes and practices.This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a keen business sense. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to effectively manage a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
