Team Lead Process Validation

Role Overview: As the lead in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of activities related to process validation of orders, statutory requirements, budgetary control MIS, and other system-related issues. Your main focus will be providing commercial support to ensure seamless functioning by offering insights on direct tax, indirect tax, finance, legal matters, and tax optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Review and validate purchase orders and contracts from a commercial and finance perspective. - Optimize taxes & duties to maximize cost efficiency. - Provide commercial support to the procurement team for special jobs. - Offer direct tax and international tax advice for foreign contracts. - Finalize and validate contract terms to ensure adherence to standard policies. - Coordinate with IDT/DT teams for taxation issues. - Verify standard procedures of RIL and DOA. - Compare rates awarded in other purchase orders. - Ensure labor law compliances are met. - Incorporate insurance in PO/WO as required. - Review stock levels, consumption trends, and conduct cost-benefit analysis. - Validate cost plus mark-up estimates. - Review requirements of advances/SBLC. - Supervise and guide team members effectively. - Prepare periodic MIS reports as per management guidelines. Qualification Required: - Working knowledge of accounting, commercial laws, contract & other laws, procurement, and contracting processes. - Familiarity with direct tax laws including DTAA between India and foreign countries, withholding tax, etc. - Hands-on knowledge of MM and FICO Module or any other ERP systems is desired. - Analytical thinking, process-oriented, creativity, and innovation skills. - Ability to interact effectively with procurement and project teams to resolve issues. - Strong time management skills and result-oriented mindset.,
