Team Lead PPC

As a Paid Media Project Assistant, your role will involve working on projects related to SEM, Display, and Social Media for various clients. You will have the opportunity to learn about different line functions, operations, management viewpoints, and organizational processes. This will include understanding the policies and practices that impact each phase of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze, track, and optimize the performance of campaigns on an ongoing basis. This includes establishing effective benchmarks for measuring performance metrics such as keyword/placement bids, account budget caps, impression share, quality score, CTR, and conversion rate. Proactively make strategic recommendations to achieve campaign goals and enhance performance. - Collaborate with mentors and supervisors to set performance goals and objectives. Ensure that budgets are allocated and spent within the specified daily and monthly limits. - Assist senior team members in studying and forecasting market needs. Participate in the planning and execution of product launches and campaigns. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly digital performance reports in collaboration with various Media and Brand teams. - Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in the field of Digital Marketing. Implement bidding strategies and track bids to align with marketing objectives and budgets, ensuring desired rankings on select search engines. - Conduct competitive analysis and recommend/implement changes to gain a competitive advantage.
