As a Team Lead in the PPC team at Nethority, you will play a crucial role in leading and optimizing lead generation campaigns across various digital marketing channels. Your responsibilities will include creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, collaborating with internal teams, staying updated with industry trends, and mentoring junior team members. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead Generation: Plan, implement, and optimize lead generation campaigns across digital marketing channels like SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Utilize data-driven strategies to identify target audiences, create compelling content, and optimize campaigns for maximum results. - PPC Management: Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization to ensure maximum ROI and meet performance targets. - Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. - Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall strategies. Provide guidance to junior team members, actively participate in brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions. - Stay updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to implement cutting-edge strategies for lead generation goals. **Qualifications:** - Excellent Hebrew language skills (proficiency in English is an advantage) - 3 years of PPC experience, preferably in an agency or similar setting - Prior leadership or management experience preferred - Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Facebook Blueprint Certifications - Understanding of techniques to improve paid campaigns and drive ROI - Creative problem-solving skills - High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation - Strong desire to learn - 1 year in a team management role - Google Shopping experience required, MAX experience desired - Demonstrable experience working with clients Nethority is a result-oriented Ecommerce Digital Marketing Agency established in 2013.
