Role & responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists. Allocate and monitor individual and team performance against hiring goals. Conduct regular team meetings, 1-on-1s, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with HR, business heads, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process Track key hiring metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. Manage high-priority or senior-level requisitions personally if needed. Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and senior stakeholders. Regularly update stakeholders on hiring status, candidate pipelines, and process bottlenec Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing. Leverage ATS/CRM tools for pipeline management and data-driven decisions Train new recruiters on tools, sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and recruitment policies. Generate and present weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards and reports to leadership. Analyze trends in hiring, attrition, and source effectiveness to improve recruitment strategy. Recommend improvements using data insights to reduce time-to-hire and enhance quality-of-hire Preferred candidate profile Education: Any graduate or Postgraduate Experience : Minimum of 4+ years in contract staffing End-to-End Recruitment Management , Reporting & Analytics, Sourcing & Pipeline Management, Stakeholder & Client Engagement
