Team Lead

As a Team Leader at our leading Business Process Outsourcing company in India, you will be responsible for managing a growing operations team. Your role will require strong leadership skills, client management experience, and expertise in data processing and team performance management. **Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of up to 30 operations executives - Set goals, monitor KPIs, and conduct performance reviews - Provide training, coaching, and career development support - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment - Serve as the primary client contact and relationship manager - Collaborate with Client Services, Business Development, and Account Management teams - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality standards - Maintain SLA compliance and client satisfaction - Handle large data files across multiple formats (CSV, TSV, XLS, etc.) - Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks - Create reports and manage data allocation schedules - Develop Excel macros for process automation **Qualifications:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in the BPO industry - 2+ years in a team leadership/supervisory role - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel including macros - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Experience in data processing and reporting Join our team and be a part of our commitment to delivering exceptional BPO services to global clients.,
