Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead OTC with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Enabled Services/BPO and CRM.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to enhance the overall customer experience.
Train and coach team members to improve their skills and performance.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role in a BPO/IT services environment.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience with team management and coaching is essential.
