- Comprehend supply chain management / order processing activities pertaining to the US-based ECOMM giant.
- Provide L2 support to team members for order processing activities.
- Reviewing online orders and processing them as per logical reasoning, mathematical skills, and set guidelines.
- Create an aspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Set clear team goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Suggest and organize team-building activities.
- Support team managers and perform management duties when the manager is absent or out of the office.
- Experience in workflow management tool.
- Compliance with company policy.
-Adhere to security practices & confidentiality set by organization.
-Compliance with process policy and procedure.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management/ Warehousing/ Deliveries / Invoicing (either of these) is mandatory.
- Good problem solving and organizational skills.
- Capable of driving improvement initiatives
- Basic mathematical and logical skills
- Good understanding of the back-office operations and team management
- Good command over English language.
- Conflict resolution & decision-making skills.
- Knowledge and ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite proficiently (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Graduates in relevant discipline.
