Experience: - Minimum 15-20 years of experience in mechanical design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the industrial automation or robotics industry. - Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and automation technologies. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and FEA tools. - Expertise in mechanical design for industrial automation applications and knowledge of thermal, kinematic, and structural analysis. - Familiarity with manufacturing techniques such as CNC machining and sheet metal working.
