Desired Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining and programming. Strong proficiency in operating and programming 5-axis CNC machines . As the Team Lead of Mechanical Design, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical design process for projects, managing a team of engineers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional departments such as Electrical, Controls, Purchase, and Assembly teams. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of mechanical design engineers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance environment. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for sourcing and procurement of critical mechanical components and materials. Closely interact & visit customer during conceptualizing the solutions, layout workings, design approval process, pre dispatch inspection and installation & commissioning of the automation systems.
