JOB DESCRIPTION SENIOR MANAGER ENGINEERING SERVICES Role & Primary Responsibility- Leadership Role In Integrated Design & Manufacturing Professional Manage all Engineering Service Projects like FE Analysis encompassing strength, fatigue, vibration strength, CFD (both thermal and fluid flow), seismic and shock analysis design of specialty fixtures, reverse engineering of equipment and ensure timely execution. Knowledge of 3D printing and plastic mold flow Design of medical and specialty equipment Project management of new design projects (Component Design, Equipment Design, Plant Design and including Manufacture from Concept to Delivery, post-delivery activity like handling of warranty liabilities, payment collection) and ensuring timely execution of projects. Authorizing placement of orders on sub-contractors for both analysis and manufacturing Identification of agencies to procure bought-out items and techno-commercial. Ensuring Cyber security, customer information security and maintain NDA in letter and spirit of entire ES Team Lead a team of Sr and junior engineers including interns and new joiners Quality closure of projects Negotiate and finalization of price of contract for FE Analysis & integrated design and manufacturing. Role & responsibilities Will work mainly on Finite Element Analysis, Kinematic and Dynamic analysis Carry out analytical calculations involving Engineering Mechanics, Strength of Material, component selection and sizing Development of new machine/ equipment concepts. Preferred candidate profile M.Tech / M.E. from any reputed engineering college, with minimum CGPA of 7.00/10.00 Strong analytical & design skills Expert in FEA tools like Ansys and HyperWorks etc. Basic knowledge in solid modelling software like SolidWorks / Creo Hands on experience in simulation tools like Matlab Simscape will be preferred. Knowledge of design tools DFMEA, DFM&A and DOE will be an added advantage

The ideal candidate will leverage advanced 3D modeling software and CFD tools to develop innovative solutions for equipment design, water/gas flow systems, and off-gas management. Key Responsibilities: Design and analyze structural components for heavy industrial applications, ensuring compliance with ASME, AISC, and API standards. Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using ANSYS, Abaqus, or NASTRAN for structural integrity and thermal stress evaluations. Perform Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations with Fluent, CFX, or OpenFOAM to optimize gas and water flow in industrial equipment. Develop mass and energy balance analyses for off-gas systems, identifying efficiency improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance. Troubleshoot fluid flow inefficiencies, pressure drops, and heat dissipation challenges in industrial piping and exhaust systems. Conduct reverse engineering for existing equipment, implementing design improvements based on performance data. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Masters in Mechanical, Thermal, or Aerospace Engineering. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing industrial structural and fluid systems. Expertise in 3D CAD modeling software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or Inventor). Hands-on experience with FEA tools (ANSYS, Abaqus) and CFD analysis (Fluent, CFX, OpenFOAM). Strong understanding of ASME BPVC, API 650/620, and AISC steel structure standards. Experience with heat recovery, off-gas treatment, and industrial fluid dynamics. Knowledge of fabrication, welding techniques, and metal forming processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge & Experience: Structural mechanics experience preferably applied to Railway products with 2 to 4 years of experience. Applying calculation methodologies, processes and tools to ensure deliverables quality and their acceptance by the Customer (internal or external) within committed limits. Suggesting design improvements (reinforcement or simplifications) of calculated parts. Preparing and documenting calculation discipline Reviews according to project schedule and following-up the main open actions. Reporting on calculation discipline activities progress and alerting relevant N+1 in case of issue potentially impacting achievement of QCD commitments. Producing FEA validation plan.
