1 to 5 years of experience as SALES TEAM LEADER IN Mobile Industry ONLY
Qualification: Any Graduate
Age Limit: 21 to 35 Years
Location : Meerut
Industry: Telecom
Role: Team Leader Sales
Good Communication Skills
Mobile sales experience will be an advantage
Hard-working & Ready for relocation
Good knowledge of excel & presentation

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the team of sales executive and driving sales from them
Building a relationship with dealers to focus on our product to increase sales
Recruitment of the sales executive as per requirement
Managing the availability of stock at outlets and push distributors to fulfill the stock to meet the demand in the market
Responsible for making the brand visible in a given territory and taking branding spaces with all legal formalities
Achievement of monthly sales target
Increasing the width of the distribution
Analysis of team productivity and knowledge
Given Product training to Sales Executive
Effective query handling and resolve on time of Sales Executive
Managing all reports as per reporting manager required
