What will you drive?

Team Lead Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and field staff.
  
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of vehicles across hubs and customer locations.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (transporters, warehousing partners).
  
• Monitor vehicle movement and route efficiency.
  
• Maintain SLA adherence, cost tracking, and inventory flow.
  
• Manage dashboards, daily reports, and escalations.
  
• Drive operational excellence and process improvements.
  
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with safety and documentation standards.
  

Who are we looking for?

• Experience:

  3-5 years in logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably in auto, e-commerce, or high-volume sectors.

• Education:

  Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline (MBA preferred).

• Skills:

• People management and field coordination
  
• Strong operational execution and stakeholder alignment
  
• Excellent communication and vendor handling skills
  
• Route planning and dispatch efficiency
  
• Proficiency in Excel, trackers, and logistics tools
  
• Hands-on, high-ownership attitude
  
• Comfortable with travel and fast-paced environments
