About the Role

Telecalling Team Lead


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of telecalling sales executives.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day team operations and achievement of sales targets.

  • Monitor call quality, provide feedback, and implement training for team improvement.

  • Handle escalated customer queries with patience and professionalism.

  • Track performance metrics and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.

  • Motivate the team to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and conversions.

  • Coordinate with management to align sales strategies with business goals.


Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

  • 3–5 years of experience in telecalling/inside sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).

  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and conflict-resolution ability.

  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm and supportive environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
