Team Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to oversee our Insurance Sales and Telecalling Team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Telecalling operations, and the ability to guide the team toward achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of telecallers handling insurance sales and customer service.
• Motivate and monitor the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Train and mentor team members on insurance products, sales techniques, and customer handling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
• Handle escalated customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with management.
• Maintain a positive work environment focused on growth and team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).
• 1–5 years of experience in insurance sales / telecalling / team handling.
• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance and Health Insurance products.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with proven ability to drive performance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
