Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to oversee our Insurance Sales and Telecalling Team . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance , and Telecalling operations , and the ability to guide the team toward achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of telecallers handling insurance sales and customer service. Motivate and monitor the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Train and mentor team members on insurance products, sales techniques, and customer handling. Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations. Handle escalated customer queries and provide effective resolutions. Prepare performance reports and share insights with management. Maintain a positive work environment focused on growth and team performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field). 1–5 years of experience in insurance sales / telecalling / team handling . Strong knowledge of Life Insurance and Health Insurance products. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented mindset with proven ability to drive performance.
