Role:

• Lead a sales team to drive enrollments for the ISDC Online Executive MBA program.
  
• Handle counseling calls with prospective learners and help them understand the program.
  
• Track leads, follow up, and ensure monthly enrollment targets are met.
  
• Train and guide your team to improve conversions and customer experience.
  
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth onboarding of learners.
