Role Overview:

Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team handling international banking processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Oversee
KYC/AML checks
and ensure adherence to global regulatory standards.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive productivity and quality metrics.
Handle escalations and resolve complex queries within defined SLAs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and client satisfaction.
Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Banking, or related field.
Experience:
4–7 years in international banking operations with strong exposure to
KYC/AML
processes.
Excellent
communication skills
(verbal and written).
Strong
people management
and leadership skills with prior team-handling experience.
Ability to work in
24/7 rotational shifts
.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of global banking regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred Attributes:

Certification in AML/KYC or compliance (e.g., CAMS) is an advantage.
Prior experience in a banking BPO/KPO environment.
